Our position
British IPTV Pro sells access to streams operated by other companies. Nothing on this site is stored, recorded or broadcast by us, and we cannot choose what those operators put out.
Copyright matters here. Own or represent a right in something reachable through this service? Send a notice and you get an answer.
What a valid notice contains
A complaint can only be acted on if it includes all of the following:
- Your name, postal address and a contact email or phone number.
- The work you say has been infringed.
- The specific material complained about, with enough detail to find it.
- Confirmation that, to the best of your knowledge, neither the rights holder, an agent acting for them, nor the law permits this use.
- A statement that the notice is accurate, and that you either hold the right yourself or act for whoever does.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Where to send it
Post it to British IPTV Pro, Street House, Greater London NW1 8JR, or send it through the contact page. A notice missing any item above cannot be processed and is returned for completion.
What happens next
A valid notice is passed to the operator responsible for the stream, and access is suspended where that is within our power. Nothing sits on our servers, so the last word on taking it down belongs to that operator.
Counter-notice
If material was removed in error, send a counter-notice with your contact details, the material concerned, and a sworn statement that it was taken down in error or that the wrong item was identified.
Repeat complaints
An account that is the subject of repeated valid complaints is closed.
